Signed · the certificate desk

The doctor hasn't signed. The family has called three times today.

We chase the signature, watch your state's clock, and send the family one link that says who has the record right now. You keep every login. We do the follow-up.

Ohio gives the physician 48 hours. Georgia, 72. Texas, 5 days. Most offices miss it, and 91% of Ohio funeral homes told their association it has delayed a cremation or a burial. We built the desk that does the chasing.

How it works

  1. Open a case in 30 seconds. Decedent, date, state, the certifying office.
  2. We fax the office that day, with the statute and the deadline printed on page one. Day two, again. Day five, a formal notice goes out under your letterhead.
  3. The family gets a link and an email at every step. "Step 3 of 7. Dr. Patel's office has had the record since Tuesday." No cause of death, no last name, no login.
  4. You see every office you've ever chased, and how long each one takes. (Some of them will surprise you.)

Why it matters

Pricing

14 days free, every case, every email, every fax. After that, one flat monthly fee per location. No per-case fees, no setup, no contract. (We don't pay or get paid per case. 32 states forbid it, and we'd rather not anyway.)

What we never do

We never log in to your state's death registration system. You stay the filer; you tap the step. We never store the cause of death, and we only fax the office number you give us.

We only do funeral homes. We'd rather you spent Thursday with a family than on hold with a receptionist. Want to try it on the case that's stuck right now?
