We hire rarely, and only when a system can’t.
There are no open roles at the moment. That is the honest answer, and it is usually the answer. If you would like to be considered when it changes, here is what we look for.
How the company is built
A Great Life is deliberately lean. Most of what would be a department somewhere else, reporting, follow-up, list work, the machinery behind the tools, is a system here. We add a person when a system genuinely cannot do the job well, not to fill out an org chart.
So hiring is occasional and specific: one person at a time, for one real gap, with the role written for that gap rather than pulled from a template.
Who does well here
- You finish what you start, and you can point to the finished thing.
- You are comfortable owning a problem alone, and equally comfortable saying plainly when you are stuck.
- You write like a person. Much of this work is words that reach a family or a funeral director in a firm’s name, the wrong register does real harm here, and it cannot be edited out afterward.
- You understand that this industry serves people on the hardest day of their lives, and you treat that as the constraint it is.
- You would rather build the system than run the task forever.
What we do not have
No posted openings. No application portal. No published salary bands, benefits page, or headcount to quote. Listing any of that before it is real would be the first thing we would want you to notice on someone else’s site.
How to reach us
If the above sounds like you, write to team@nickapollo.com with Careers in the subject line. Tell us what you have finished and what you would want to own. A cover letter is not necessary.
We read every note. We do not always reply quickly, and when there is nothing open we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
