Who we serve

Independent funeral homes across the United States, family-owned firms without a marketing department down the hall. We work with one funeral home per 30-mile radius. Helping two firms in the same area would mean competing against our own client, and we will not do that. If your area is open, it is open. If it is taken, it is taken.

How we work

Every call is logged and every dollar is counted, so you can check any number we ever put in front of you rather than take it on faith. We do not ask a firm to pay for attention it cannot verify.

We also try to say the quiet part first. If your city is already crowded, or the numbers will not carry the work, we would rather tell you that on the first call than take the engagement.

The tone of everything we send on your behalf matters as much as the result. Families reach you on the worst day of their year. Nothing that goes out in your name will use urgency, pressure, or a countdown. That is a firm rule, not a preference.
