Who we are

A Great Life ("we," "us") is a marketing agency serving independent funeral homes, reachable at team@great-life.org. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact us, by the form on this site, by email, or by phone - we receive your name, your firm and city, and the contact details you choose to share. On the site itself we use several third-party analytics tools to collect standard usage data - pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, page speed, and interaction patterns, including session replays of what you do on a page (clicks, scrolling, typing into fields that are not masked). None of it is tied to your name unless you contact us, except through the visitor identification described below. This data is used to understand how the site performs and where it can serve visitors better.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, to evaluate whether we can work together, and to improve this website. We do not sell personal information for money. One practice, visitor identification, is treated as a sale or sharing under some state privacy laws; we explain it and how to stop it in its own section below. Otherwise we share personal information only with our analytics providers and our customer-relationship system, which process it on our behalf.

Phone numbers

When you give us your phone number, we use it to call or text you about your request, including with an AI agent. We do not sell your phone number. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us on a call or emailing team@great-life.org. We keep a record of when and on which page you gave us your number.

Visitor identification

When you visit this site we use tracking scripts, cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit — your IP address, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and your approximate location; page views and scroll depth. We pass that information to our visitor-identification provider, Delivr.ai (the "provider"), which compares it against its own database of business contact records. This includes visits where you have not submitted a form.

Where it finds a match we receive personal information about you that you did not give us directly: usually your name, work email address, employer, job title and professional profile links. We use it to understand who is interested in our services and to contact you about them, and we store it in our sales and marketing systems.

Under some privacy laws this counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, or as targeted advertising. You can stop it at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends that signal, the visitor-identification scripts are never loaded on this site. You can also ask us to opt you out, or to access, correct or delete what we hold about you, by emailing team@great-life.org with the subject line "Do not sell or share my personal information". We honor these requests without asking you to prove anything beyond that the address is yours.

In plain English: you can land here, type nothing, and we may still end up with a good guess at which company you work for. We would rather tell you that than have you find out when we email you.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship, then delete it. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email us and we will handle it promptly. Most browsers also let you block analytics scripts entirely; the site works fine without them.
